Do you accept orders outside of the Las Vegas area?

 Yes. Any order placed in Distrcts 1, 3, and 5 are accepted by members and non-members of Al-Anon. If you live outside theses districts please check online or your local directory for a literature distribution center in your area. If you cannot find one in your area you may order directly from Al-Anon's World Service Office.

What are my shipping options?

 

Shipping options may  be available. Since this option requires a merchant account in order to make payments online, these fees will be passed on to the buyer. We are currently checking into our options to find the lowest possible fees and charges to the buyers. The average fee so far is 2.9% of each sale plus $.30 per transaction.  For now,  we are only accepting orders for pick up and plan to extend our hours of operation soon.

What are the payment and return policies of the Literature Depot?
 

No personal checks will be accepted.  We do accept credit cards online and at the Literature Distribution Center (LDC).  

 

All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.

What can I do if I do not receive an e-mail or call from the depot stating my order is ready for pick up?

 

Please call us or contact us using the form on the top right of this page. Our aim is to ensure that all orders are filled in a timely manner; however, we expect technological and human error from time to time.
