Donation Request Form
To support our local groups and members the LDC is now accepting literature donation requests for outreach and special events. Requests must be submitted online.
All requests will be reviewed and considered by the LDC Board.
Board meetings are held once a month.
Please complete the following information and submit as soon as possible.
If your request is approved, it will be your responsibility to pick the literature up at the LDC.
